KCC BDCardSponsorships now being accepted for the Wild & Scenic Film Festival!

Dear Central Kentucky Business Partner: We invite you to be a sponsor of the Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour, one of the largest environmental film festivals in North America, which is coming to Lexington’s Kentucky Theatre on August 17th.

The event will be an evening of short films including outdoor recreation and scenic wonders. We will be promoting this event heavily in the region to local residents, and also have an initial partnership with one additional nonprofit who will be targeting their 5,000 member base, as well as marketing to our own member base. Other outreach partners are currently being negotiated and our promotion will include the Lexington, Frankfort and Richmond market areas.

The event will consist of 3 hours of high-quality adventure, travel and nature films, guest speakers and a silent auction. Proceeds to benefit the Kentucky Conservation Foundation and its charitable affiliate, the Kentucky Conservation Committee.

We are looking for partners who would be willing to provide financial sponsorship in exchange for being featured in all promotions and advertising. The event is expected to start at 7pm with doors opening for silent auction at around 6-7 pm. We want to encourage all attendees to support local businesses, restaurants and establishments prior to the event.

The film festival is a national festival with support from a range of national sponsors, including Keene Footwear, Patagonia, Cliff Bar, and others.
